Frequently Asked Questions

We use Royal Mail parcel force, or 1st class letter post – please contact us prior to placing an order if you require an alternative method.

Delivery Time:
We aim to despatch all orders by the next working day, but please allow us a little leeway if we are exceptionally busy.

International Orders:
We are pleased to supply anywhere in the E.U. for a small additional postage cost. Other countries can be supplied as required with postage charged at cost, provided there are no customs restrictions on importing plant material or foodstuffs. Please contact us for up to date advice.

Order Enquiries:
Please contact us here or send us an an email quoting your order reference number with any queries.

Refunds & Returns:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any food products, in the event of a problem with your order please email us with a photo detailing the problem and we will be in touch. In the unlikely event of an issue with our product, we will refund the cost and postage, and ask you to dispose of the product. (Seaweed makes a great garden fertiliser, and all our packaging can be recycled.)

Payment Processing:
We use PayPal to process credit/debit cards, which means that we never see your credit card information – that side of things is handled completely by PayPal for your safety and security.

Your Details:
We only use your details for order processing – we will never give away, sell, or otherwise use your details for nefarious purposes – ever!
